Following the latest
government guidance on easing the restrictions and re-opening parts of the
hospitality industry we are now able able to re-open and start taking bookings from the 4th July.
We are delighted to confirm that we have been awarded the "WE'RE GOOD TO GO" industry standard by Visit England, which means that our business is following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Commitment to Cleanliness:
Prior to our
reopening to guests all apartments will undergo a full deep clean. We will be using hospital grade disinfectants, and electrostatic spraying which comply with BS EN 14476:2013 (deactivation of enveloped viruses, including Coronavirus). The disinfectant is environmentally friendly, leaves no residue and is safe for use on all surfaces including soft furnishings. The electrostatic sprayer can be used to decontaminate larger surface areas such as sofas, headboards, radiators, rugs etc. The electrostatic-spraying technology uses the highest classification of disinfectants that are recommended by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization.
Each apartment will be left empty for a minimum period between bookings and deep cleaned during this period.
To help alleviate the
risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, we will until
further notice not be offering a meet and greet service at the property. Access to the apartments will only be allowed through the use of our
mobile check in facility. Further details of this service are available HERE
Guests will be
asked to declare if they have shown symptoms of coronavirus in the days leading up to to check-in.
If you have been isolating or have shown symptoms during this period you will
be asked to reschedule your booking.
